I'm nervous about the dentist — how do you handle anxious patients?
Most of our patients tell us they used to be scared of the dentist. We take it slow, explain every step before we start, offer blankets and breaks, and have TVs on the ceiling so you've got something to focus on. Dr Choi is known for his gentleness and we never rush.
How much will treatment cost?
You can download our full price list from the website before booking — no hidden fees, no surprises. Our $99 new patient exam includes a full check, scale & clean, digital X-rays and a written treatment plan so you know exactly where you stand.
Do you accept my health fund?
We're a preferred provider for HBF, Medibank, Bupa and HCF, and HICAPS is on-site so you claim your rebate on the spot and only pay the gap. We also bulk-bill eligible kids under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Scheme.
Can I get an emergency appointment today?
Yes — we hold same-day slots every morning for dental emergencies. Call (07) 3852 1160 before 10am and we'll get you in today for toothache, chipped teeth, lost fillings or trauma.
What payment plans do you offer?
You can spread larger treatments interest-free through Afterpay, ZIP or our in-house instalment plan. Our patient coordinator Kate will walk you through the options before any treatment begins.
